Aweome!! You should consider disabling the movement keys momentarily for those heated situations where you may say a command while moving.

There is a push to talk function you can use aswell. I think this is the way for me nfmz found it quite amusing listening to me swearing and my guys were moving to locations after I was calling them assholes! Lol!
Re: VAC -- Voice activated command Mod usable with DR.
PTT is a good approach to restricting the audio commands, also consider a word prefix that designates it more to avoid conversational conflicts - TEAM MOVE FAST.
TEAM FALL BACK and HALT a very good but seldom used command due to its awkwardness. Likewise the TEAM HEAL ## will be valuable for heated instructions.
The trick will be PLAYER designation making fire-team commanding much more dynamic - I guess it would be possible to script every player command like UNIT 1 MOVE and UNIT 3 FLANK and UNIT 2 SUPPRESS.
Voice commands have been one of those untapped interfaces for no good reason - ad played with it before but was unhappy now I see programs like SaytoPlay (http://www.onev.com)
BTW you never said what interface/app you are using?

Re: VAC -- Voice activated command Mod usable with DR.
The App is called "VAC".
Here is s good tutorial, the guy also does one on Arma.
You can assign keys for the Teams. You need to give each path for a command to a key so if you are using a keyboard to play the game, calling "move" would be "Q-W-Q". Each key would be a seperate command key. The app then presses them for you as a hotkey.
You can control teams much the same way, you would need to follow the command path for selecting the teams first then you would call the command order you want so for example.
you want unit 2 to move:
Radial = Q
unit 2 = "two"
move = "Q-W-Q"
You wouldn't need to say radial though because that would be your first command key once you start speaking "unit2".
If that makes any sense.
If have a concern about the orders being called by accident, there is a function called "ARM". This allows a hotkey to be assigned and you can then press that to activate the VAC control system. this will then wait until you have given the command and switch itself off once that command has been given. You then press the hotkey again later on and it will wait until the order is given , then switch of VAC again. Kinda a self terminating toggle switch.
