Is it possible to edit a Single Player or User made map that I downloaded or any the came with the game?

This is only possible if you have the original .mssn file for the mission.  The missions that came with the game cannot be edited as we only have partial extractions of the files.  As far as community  missions go, what mission do you want to modify?  There are several community memebers that have released the .mssn files for their missions.

This community is not as strict or as harsh ad the arma community but have a read here first before you modify a community made mission.
