good to see you back! Nice compilation of the MSSN that had been published.
quick fyi, people can skip the ADFLY screen (forummotion is doing it) by commenting out everything before the first HTTP after clicking the link
Also as a sidenote this cloud storage system seems to spool the file before releasing it for actual download
