I've read before that the javelin can be used in direct attack mode... Anyone know how to do this?

I think this was something that had to be done through the DB I think. I'll have a word with Skaa and see if he knows how to do it. I know he was tinkering with the heavy weapons management when he did his "Imp DB".

got the answer.

its in game by default: press F when not zoomed, that should do it. Wink
