Avatars and signatures

Can we all start making ourselves look pretty too, grab a pic from somewhere and use it as an avatar, throw a sig in your posts etc. Lets fill this place out. That was one thing I would've liked in the old place was the ability to have an avatar or signaure. Now we can, can we all take advantage of that.

problem is new users (like myself) cannot post links in our sigs or posts for that matter. I know its a good feature to cut spam, so can I have my rights to post links early ??

Also what is the post count before we can send PM's?? (I just tried to send you one, but was rejected saying I haven't reached the post limit).

Anyone have the avatar of the guy on the forum banner? Used to be mine on te old cm boards.. Wouldn't mind using it again

I tried using a signature pic and it wont let me. Did I break it again?

you shouldn't have a problem seeing your signature mate, all the settings are set so you can post them on the forum. The problem is though any post made prior to you having a sig will not have the sig in them.

Sorry about the hickups at the moment! I'm very new to this and theres a bit to sift through if you forget what you last did to the forum. I'm quite surprised actually I have got us this far. I have surpassed myself.wohoo!

I also have another image in color like the one you had but it's big. I could shrink it and also make you a cool sig if you want. Every time I see that image you come to mind.

Was thinkin bout changing his name tag. It's a nice pic w/ depth of field but was thinkin of removing background for use w/ other background layers. Was gonna do one w/ the same format as mine w/ your YouTube channel and make it a link. As for the Avatar, was gonna be pretty much the same but in color and a bit more of a close-up like your old one. Also swap out for the newer DR logo. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Well Homer says he may play around w/ it so I thought I'd pass on what I was going to do if he'd want me to.

I wouldn't mind doing Sigs for others but I'd keep it simple nothing to complicated. Basically I was inspired by JJStevens Sig and came up w/ this format. If you want one I'd be happy to make you one. It would have the same layout but it could be reversed (left/right) like Johns.

I would put tvigs untrusted user in w/ profile name and join date, again corner optional. If user has a YouTube channel I'd attach it's Logo just like mine. So the only real difference from mine would be background image and what it says. I would probably leave out the $Hit list That's more of a blatant reference to the same person untrusted user references.
