If it was feasible, I wish there is sequel to Dragon Rising. But that is just an idea for the future. The background story which I had in mind to Dragon Rising successor video game in short form is that the Red Chinese military wants to avenge their loss by retaking the island of Skira and use it as a base for  other plans. The US Army and USMC responds by stopping the Red Chinese military from expanding their territorial gains and holds the line on part of the island for a few days before reinforcements can arrive. When reinforcements arrive, the U.S. Army and USMC proceeds to strike the enemy and push them off the island.

Pick your side of the island. I remember your fan fiction pieces in the Red River forums over at CM. Write your fan fiction piece and maybe we'll try to put it into game.

Your imagination is good.  Perhaps you can fuel the creative fires of the community here again.  I'll do what I can to help it all along, but you my friend are the story teller, I'm just the technician Wink

Six years after the PLA's failure to control Skira, the political situations has destabilized in the U.S. and other parts of the world leaving the People's Republic of China an opportunity to retake Skira. In the meantime, the war between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China isn't over and continues to remain at a stalemate. On May 2, 2016, PLA invaded Skira and has overwhelmed a Russian Federation army unit to cause a withdraw and both sides sustain high casualties. On May 6, 2016, the PLA has controlled two-thirds of the island and Russian forces haven't succeeded in holding the line. On May 8,2016, U.S. Marines and U.S. Army units have arrived to reinforce the Russian army troops and is currently holding the 67th parallel line.

However, there aren't enough U.S. Military troops to push back the PLA and have to wait for three days for reinforcements. In that time, their orders are to hold the line and never withdrawal until any conditions. Stationed along the 67th parallel are five thousand U.S. Marines and U.S. Army troops and they are well protected by the trenches and makeshift bunkers. (note: there is more to come and this is the first page.)

You should proofread and recommend any new ideas when necessary.

Ok, a new forum is open for fan fiction. May i suggest you copy paste your intro into the new forum and title the piece with the prefix [FF: yourTitle] without the brackets.

Thanks
